Information Collected Through the Chat Widget
If you choose to share your contact details through the chat widget — such as your name, email address, or organization — that information is stored on our server and associated with your chat history. This means:
- Your name, email address, and organization (if provided) are saved as a lead record.
- Your chat messages and the AI's responses are linked to that lead record.
- If you return to the site in the same browser, your new chat sessions may be connected to your previous ones using the
bkbc_vid cookie identifier.
You will only be asked for this information if you choose to engage with the contact form embedded in the chat. Browsing the site and chatting anonymously does not create a lead record.

Third-Party AI Processing
Our chat widget is powered by
Anthropic (Claude AI) and uses
OpenAI for knowledge base search. When you send a message in the chat, it is transmitted securely to these services to generate a response. This does not involve cookies, but it does mean your messages are processed by third-party AI providers. You can review their privacy policies at

openai.com/privacy.
No data is transmitted until you type and send your first message in the chat widget.
Managing Cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time:

Blocking the
bkbc_vid cookie will not prevent you from using the chat widget — it only means sessions won't be linked across visits.
Data Retention
